RCNDE unveils 2023-2028 Strategy

February 22, 2023 Comments (0) News, Strategic activity

After a series of in-depth consultations with our academic and industry partners, we are proud to present the RCNDE Strategy for the next 5 years. The Strategy was developed in response to the need for a renewed assessment of the challenges and opportunities presented by the environment in which RCNDE and its members perform their activities, and as an opportunity to reflect on RCNDE’s own structure and operating model in order to secure its future.

The Strategy, which is intended to enable RCNDE to deliver on its vision and mission, consists of four overarching goals that capture the needs and aspirations of RCNDE’s membership:

  1. Ensure the future sustainability of RCNDE
  2. Deliver industrial benefit to RCNDE’s membership and beyond
  3. Support talent
  4. Strategic leadership and influence of the innovation landscape.

The Centre’s Management Team have identified a series of key activities that will facilitate the delivery of the strategic goals, and which are detailed in the strategy document. A Strategic Delivery Plan will be developed for each year of the Strategy, the progress of which will be regularly monitored by the RCNDE Management Team and overseen by the Centre’s Board.

Additional work will be undertaken to develop robust and transparent Key Performance Indicators that will support the future sustainability of RCNDE.
