In collaboration with the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT), the UK Forum for Engineering Structural Integrity (FESI) and The Welding Institute, RCNDE is leading the work in identifying the specific NDE requirements for Industry 4.0. such as the automated analysis of complex, large and high-rate data sets using artificial intelligence. A workshop exploring non-destructive testing (NDT), structural health monitoring (SHM) and condition monitoring (CM) requirements for Industry 4.0 is scheduled for May 2022.
